Educational Qualification
- Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.
Technical Qualification
Candidates must have one of the following:
- Diploma in Sports Coaching from the Netaji Subhas National Institute of Sports (Sports Authority of India)
- Postgraduate Diploma in Sports Coaching (PGDSC) from the Lakshmibai National Institute of Physical Education, Gwalior
- A similar qualification from a recognized university or a Central Sports University recognized by the University Grants Commission
- A similar qualification from a Bihar University
Sports Achievements
Candidates must have represented the country in recognized international or national competitions, or participated in international/national championships, including:
- Olympic Games
- All-India Inter-University / Recognized Junior Championship
- National Championship
- Inter-Services / All-India Police Games / All-India Railway Championship
